We seek dynamic individuals who are willing to assume greater responsibilities and challenges for the following position:

INTERNAL CONTROL MANAGER

Responsibilities:

* Sort of monitoring and ensuring all operational activities in accordance with company policies and procedures and government regulations.

* The risks identified and improvements, savings in the business process.

* Business Process Improvement and Reengineering, designed - in terms of analysis of business processes for operations.

Commission an independent assessment of performance and management policies, procedures and controls, data integrity, security over company assets, compliance with laws and regulations so that all the controls and the company has effectively applied .

* Review processes to improve and expand

* Implementation of the audit of internal control to ensure that daily operations are conducted according to work procedures and job descriptions

Requirements:

* Must have at least a bachelor's degree from the university nationally or internationally recognized degree in accounting, finance. MBA is preferred.

* Minimum 5 years relevant experience as an internal control or auditing experience production and / or the agricultural sector is an asset.

* Ability to develop systems and procedures

* Willingness to work under tight deadlines

* Detail oriented, responsible and have good analytical skills.
