Sealing machine operator called
Location: Flame Sealer - Production (SIG Combibloc Obeikan - Saudi Arabia)
Qualifications: Age between 25-35 years, at least Technical / MA or other related field, candidate for electrical or mechanical technology, at least 2 years experience, preferably in the packaging or paper industry manufactruing.
Job Purpose:
Report directly to the production of Foreman. The main task is the operation of the machine as assigned by the supervisor in the sealing of the flame to achieve the objectives of producing high efficiency, optimum productivity, quality control, minimal waste and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
(A) to operate the machine and give good heats according to specifications required by customers before and SIG Combibloc Obeikan (b) coordination with line quality to reduce waste and control (c) prepare accurate reflection of Daily Report Manufacturing Performance (s) to perform other work deemed necessary by the large (eg, work schedule rotation in section sealing the flame as Japack operator or QC) (e) implementing and maintaining ISO9001 : 2000 and HACCP (f) To assist and participate in the process of continuous improvement.
Other skills:
computer literacy, at least a basic knowledge of computers.
English communication skills

The objective is to ensure that materials or services similar to the quality and specifications.

Main activities:
* Negotiation and purchase of materials, goods or services under the best conditions to reduce the "total cost"
* Contribute to the strategy of buying long-term and short for the goods or services to be procured
* Proactively search for optimal supply sources and select suppliers in accordance with the principles of procurement, purchasing practices and the best way (and those with technical / QA / Marketing)
* Challenge specifications / requirements to reduce the complexity
* To communicate effectively with suppliers to seek continuous improvement and reduce total cost
